Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian ex-husband, was photographed drinking an alcoholic beverage that looked like a glass of cognac, at the Beverly Center, in Los Angeles, on Sunday afternoon. He went to the mall with a friend, and as he shopped for shoes, Lamar was seen heading to a bar.
He swore to Khloe Kardashian he would not drink or do drugs after he nearly died from an overdose last year. This surely made Lamar take a lot of heat on the Kardashian side of the family.
According to an eyewitness’ statement to X17, Lamar did not seem anxious about getting a drink at the bar. But instead he acted like it was not a big deal.
“This guy doesn’t seem like he wants to be sober if he’s casually drinking at the mall on a Sunday,” the eyewitness said.

The reality show star also answered to a fan that tweeted about losing her brother to an overdose. She said that she was sorry and that she understands how it feels.
Odom’s overdose
The former NBA star was hospitalized in October due to an overdose in a Nevada brothel. Lamar was taken to intensive care, and a photo of him lying in bed with his eyes shut was shared on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Khloe Kardashian tried helping him get clean and sober. But after he got better, Lamar was seen drinking at a bar in Sherman Oaks called Johnny O’Brien’s, the night before Easter. Odom thinks he can casually drink, according to multiple sources.
A source told E! News that Khloe was not happy about it, but she understood he was going out with his friends. The source added that Khloe was trying to help Lamar stay sober, but she did not want him to feel like she was controlling his life.
