The Rocky and Rambo star Sylvester Stallone denied on Thursday all the allegations of a 16-year-old teen who accused him of having raped her back in 1986 when the American actor was filming a movie in Las Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Police Department report filed by the unidentified girl on July 29, 1986, Stallone and his bodyguard, Michael de Luca, “intimidated” and made her have sex with both of them at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel. These claims are from three decades ago when the 71-year-old American actor was 40 and filming Over the Top.

The teen accused Stallone of having encouraged De Luca to join them sexually. She said that although she felt “very uncomfortable” with the encounter, she had “no choice.”

The police report says that De Luca first made the teen perform oral sex on him. Then, both of them forced her to give the American actor another oral while the bodyguard penetrated her.

John Samolovitch, the retired Las Vegas police department detective sergeant who led the sexual assault unit back then in 1986, said that the report is entirely true and that it’s an actual copy from the original.

By the time the actor and the bodyguard were done with the teen, they allegedly threatened her by saying that they both had wives and that she couldn’t comment anyone about the event because “they would have to beat her head in”  said Sylvester and De Luca in laughs, as the report says.

However, the girl didn’t pursue charges against them because she was “humiliated,” “ashamed,” and “scared.”

Meanwhile, Stallone’s spokeswoman said that the allegations are “ridiculous” and “categorically false.”

“This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone,” said Stallone’s spokeswoman, Michelle Bega. “At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by any authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”

When the teen entered Sylvester’s room, he asked De Luca to join them

California police killed De Luca during a traffic stop in 2013. But in 1986, he was 27 and joining Stallone at the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel.

The day of the incident, the report says, a friend of the teen informed a Hilton employee and demanded to call the police. The girl then gave the police details about the event.

According to her, she was staying with her family and friends for ten days  from July 18 to July 28. During that time, Sylvester was also at the same hotel filming Over the Top and met a few times with the teen.

Stallone asked the girl how old she was. When she told him she was 16, he asked her “how she got such a build.” In the following hours, the girl asked Sylvester for a kiss on the cheek.

“He replied that he would give her a kiss at a later date, that she would not forget,” according to the police report.

When the girl received a photo autographed by the actor one day, De Luca asked her if she wanted to go up to Sylvester’s 27th-floor room. She followed him and met with Rocky’s star. In here, Stallone penetrated her, although the report says that she thought they “didn’t really have sex” because he “only kept it in for a few seconds.”

Later, Sylvester asked De Luca if he wanted a “blowjob” from the girl and forced her to give him one.

Police wrote in the report that the teen became “emotionally upset numerous times, crying and sobbing” while giving them the information.
