Amazon Echo is going worldwide

Amazon, the American electronic commerce based in Seattle, Washington, that’s revolutionizing the way people buy all around the world, announced it’s going to release on Friday the Amazon Echo in 80 more countries. However, only 28 countries will be able to use the Amazon Music Unlimited, which offers around 40 million songs and thousands of playlists and stations.

Previously, only the countries where the Amazon Echo was available were the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Austria, India, and Japan. This time, the service will not only be expanded to countries in Europe and Asia but also in Latin-America and Africa. However, the users will have to talk English, German or Japanese.

This device works when the owner gives it a command – like “Alexa, play music.” When people show the Amazon Echo their preferences, it organizes a series of data to personalize their music stations or playlists. This service plays on the Amazon Music app, which can be downloaded on iOS, Android, desktop, and Fire TV.
