It is quite weird that given the level of publicity and coverage that DC universe over the past few months, only one movie in the franchise has been released in the 2014, Man of Steel. This will change next week once the new movie Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice hits the cinemas. If you are not excited enough, here’s a trailer where you can have a little peek of what is coming:

A few words with Ben Affleck “Batman”

Batman star Ben Affleck spoke to Entertainment Weekly “EW” recently about taking on the role of the caped crusader, and where the character stands as the film begins.

“He’s very disillusioned and very bitter,” he said. “He’s projecting in some ways his own sense of failure, his own sense of disillusionment, his own cynicism onto Superman, having at one point been certainly much more idealistic about what he was doing.”

Affleck also stated that his Batman at one stage have a Robin, who sadly is no longer with him. He said that he is so disappointed because he lost his right hand who he used to fight along with. He also said that the character’s death must have been a terrible scenario to him.We get the sense that he’s suffered a lot of devastating losses before this movie even starts.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice opens on March 25, 2016. It also stars Henry Cavill, Jesse Eisenberg, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons, Holly Hunter, and Laurence Fishburne.
